MedicSupport Network

Care that crosses borders.
Standards that don't.

MedicSupport Network has operated hospitals and clinics across Africa and Asia for 19 years — 18 facilities, 6 countries, 3,950 licensed beds. Our doctors, nurses, midwives and paramedics work in our hospitals. Some are seconded to hospitals and health systems in Europe and America.

Talk to the group.

I am a hospital or health system

We second our own clinicians to hospitals and health systems in Europe and America, under the same governance and standards applied in our facilities. Tell us the role, the grade and the market.

What we do

We are a hospital operator. We own and run our facilities, we employ the clinicians who work in them, and we place some of that workforce with hospitals and health systems abroad.

Hospital and clinic operations

We own and operate hospitals and clinics in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, the Philippines and Morocco — tertiary referral centres, regional hospitals and community facilities. Each is licensed in its own country, staffed by our own clinicians, and run on a single governance and clinical standard across the group.

Our clinical workforce

Doctors, nurses, midwives, paramedics and allied health staff employed directly by the group and working in our hospitals across Africa and Asia.

Secondment to Europe and America

We second our own clinicians to hospitals and health systems in Europe and America, under the same governance and the same standards applied in our facilities.

Clinical services

Emergency and inpatient care, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, cardiology, oncology, intensive care, dialysis, imaging and rehabilitation — delivered across the group.

Credential verification

Every clinician we employ is verified against their registering body, and every MedicSupport-issued credential record can be checked publicly at/verify without an account.

Who we are: an operator, not an agency

Illustrative reference image

For 19 years MedicSupport Network has built and operated hospitals and clinics across Africa and Asia. We started with a single facility in Ghana. We now operate18 across 6 countries, and the clinicians who staff them are people we employ and train rather than people we source.

That distinction matters. Hospitals in Europe and America are short of nurses, midwives and paramedics, and the clinicians we place with them already work in our own licensed facilities, already hold current registration, and already answer to our standards. We are not an intermediary introducing strangers. We are sending our own people, and we stand behind them.

About the group

How it works

Three steps from a nurse in Kumasi to a verified profile, and from that profile to a hospital that can actually check it.

1

Work in our hospitals

Our doctors, nurses, midwives and paramedics are employed directly by the group and work in our own licensed facilities across Africa and Asia, under a single clinical and governance standard.

2

Verified, and provable

Every clinician we employ is checked against their registering body. MedicSupport-issued credential records are publicly verifiable at/verify — an employer can check one without an account or an introduction.

3

Seconded abroad

Some of our clinicians are seconded to hospitals and health systems in Europe and America, carrying the same registration, the same governance and the same accountability as they carry at home.
