Secondment to hospitals in Europe and America

This is the part of the business that people find hardest to believe, so it is worth being precise about what it is and is not.

It is not recruitment. We are not an agency introducing strangers we found. The clinicians we second abroad are employed directly by MedicSupport. They work in our own licensed facilities, they hold current registration, and they already answer to our standards before they go anywhere.

What travels with them:

The employment relationship They remain MedicSupport employees. We are responsible for them, not the receiving hospital alone.

Their verified credential record. Every clinician we employ is checked against their registering body, and the resulting MedicSupport-issued record is publicly verifiable at /verify by anyone, without an account and without asking us.

Our governance and clinical standard. The same standard applied in Accra is applied in Manchester. Our fellows are trained at our own tertiary sites, not purchased.

Where we place clinicians, we are extending a relationship we already have rather than creating one from scratch. That is the difference between us and a broker, and it is the reason a hospital buyer in Europe or America can hold us to something.
