24-hour emergency Every facility in the group maintains an open casualty department staffed by our own emergency-trained clinicians, not a contracted night service.

Intensive care Dedicated critical care units at our tertiary sites, including a 24-bed unit opened in Lagos in 2022 and a 30-bed paediatric unit opened in Cebu in 2023.

Emergency retrieval Cape Town operates the group’s dedicated advanced life support service, with hospital-based response across the Western Cape and retrieval to a MedicSupport facility.

Trauma and orthopaedics Dedicated trauma theatres at our Durban site, opened in 2024 to absorb the major trauma volume from the N2 corridor.
